Purpose
New Horizons Affordable Housing and Development Inc. is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. The charitable and public purpose is exclusively to benefit and support the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz, and its mission through activities that include the following:
- development, rehabilitation, ownership, and management of housing designated for low income households;
- providing benefits, services, or incentives to landlords, owners, or property managers who rent to low-income households;
- promoting social welfare through community-based activities and services targeted for low income households.
